This vintage 'gate' bracelet is beautifully crafted in polished 9ct yellow gold. The decorative links each have softly rounded edges, the links fitting slightly into another. The "sinoretti clasp" has a very large round link for the clasp, with a tubular post on either side - almost the height of the clasp - and finished above and below with a half-round of smoothly polished black onyx cabochons. The onyx provides a strong contrast agains the rich yellow of the gold. The piece weighs a solid 15,72 grams, bears the 375 hallmark indicating 9ct gold. I have has the piece assessed and evaluated by an independent jeweller at R20'000, and a certificate to that effect will accompany the bracelet. A lovely, glamorous piece that sits well on the wrist.
