This figurine depicts a bathing Venus, probably inspired by the neoclassical Venus by French sculptor Allegrain (1710-1795), showed in the Louvre Museum. It is probably from the 1970's made in Italy, made of a sort of resin and marble powder, and stands on a marble base. I'm assuming it is an A. Santini and it is stamped 'Italy' on the base and underneath the base, one can see markings of where a sticker was, but has obvoiusly either been washed off or fallen off over time. The figurine measures 23 x 6,5 cm and the base measures 6,7 x 6,7 cm.
The figurine is in good condition with a few stains and minor wear. It has a nice light yellow 'patina'.
