The slide rule has been well looked after. The black case has seen some work. I knew the original owner, he was the most meticulous person, and used to use this at a tremendous speed. Then of course calculators came in and you had to turn a handle in one direction, move the handle left or right, turn it back so many times and so on. Hooray for computers.

The white surface is just slightly yellowish in places. There are no breaks and the action is smooth.
