This beautifully illustrated book from 1927 is a real blast from the past and would be enjoyed by parents and children alike. The dust jacket is damaged and stained but has protected the book inside well - it is in very good condition. There is a handwritten inscription which seems to be dated Christmas 1929 on the inside page. A very scarce book.
According to her Wikipedia entry, the author spent part of her early life in the concentration camp at Irene. She also worked under Gustav Preller for a time at Ons Vaderland.
