ESPRESSO COFFEE:
Espresso is a coffee-brewing method of Italian origin, in which a small amount of nearly boiling water is forced under 910 bars of pressure through finely-ground coffee beans. Espresso coffee can be made with a wide variety of coffee beans and roast degrees.
Espresso is a concentrated form of coffee served in small, strong shots and is the base for many coffee drinks. It's made from the same beans as coffee but is stronger, thicker, and higher in caffeine.
 
HOW DO YOU USE THIS COFFEE POT?
To use, you place your favourite ground coffee and water in the bottom half of the Moka pot. Then place the Moka coffee maker on the heat source and wait until your delicious coffee drink fills the top part!  After the espresso dribbles to the top half of the stove top coffee pot you are ready to pour your Italian style espresso.
