AMETHYST AND DIAMOND TRILOGY
9ct GOLD RING.

This pretty trilogy gemstone ring features a lovely combination of amethyst and diamonds set in 9ct gold. This trilogy comprises 3 x round cut amethysts, which are framed by 0.19 carats round cut diamonds. The amethysts have a beautiful and unusual purple pink shade that contrasts well with the diamond frame. The gemstones are set a yellow gold claw setting. Its not a big cluster. The ring head is narrow (just over 6mm) and presents itself 5 mm high above the finger. The gold of the elegant shank flows into the ring head, and has interesting elongated flat diamond shape designs on the shoulders. A graceful and delicate piece of vintage England!

The ring bears the hallmarks for 9ct gold (375), the Birmingham Assay, the jeweller stamp, and 'DIA' for genuine diamonds as well as a specific hallmark 0.10 for the diamond carats.

Amethyst is a February birthstone, and is known as a natural tranquiliser, relieving stress, soothing irritability and balancing mood swings. Diamond is an April birthstone, and is known to bring clarity of mind, as well as stimulating creativity, inventiveness and imagination.
