Vintage Ansonia "Kirkwood" model gingerbread mantle clock with alarm - working

Vintage Ansonia "Kirkwood" model gingerbread mantle clock with alarm - working. I would date this old USA made clock to between 1879-1885. The clock has an 8 day movement and an oak casing. It has a white dial, black hands and numbering and a nickel target pendulum. It comes with the original key, and has a rare alarm mechanism. The clock is in good working condition - keeps good time, but I have to admit that due to ignorance I have not been able to test the alarm. Great buy for the clock collector.
