Vintage Belleek Cherub Putto Porcelain Trinket Box

Belleek Irish translucent porcelain cherub box with a sleeping putto on the lid. Reclining on a blanket with his head resting on a basket of apples. The box measures 4 3/4 inches by 3 1/4 wide by 2 inches tall. This pattern is still made by Belleek in Ireland but the modern version is coloured not all cream. This one dates from the 1990s and is simply embellished with a fine gold line. Fully marked in the base for Belleek.
