The brand of the mechanics is :BLOW who made Butter Churner's from the 1800-1940.
The Handle crank still operates the paddles and there is smooth movement.
The crank handle is wooden, and the housing for the gears is in a tulip shape and is silver metal with the original blue paint.
The paddles are wood, and one will need to be replaced.
I prefer using recycled packaging materials as far as possible.
