A sturdy pair of vintage compound-action bolt cutters, marked "Compress Tool" on the handle a mid-20th century industrial hand tool built for heavy-duty wire and bolt cutting. The compound pivot mechanism at the head provides the mechanical advantage these tools are known for, and it remains intact and functional.
