Vintage brass Aladdin 23 lantern with chimney, mantle & instructions. I would date this lantern to the 1960/70s. It is a brass Aladdin No. 23 lantern shade holder. It has an Aladdin 12-1/2 inch high x 2-5/8inch diameter Loxon chimney, and also comes with an unused mantle in its original box and an "Operating Instructions for Aladdin Lamps" booklet. The lamp is in good (untested) condition for its age, and the glass has no chips or cracks. I have not cleaned the brass. Great buy - Aladdin's with chimneys and mantles are rare today.
