VINTAGE BRASS MONKEY "TRAFFIC COP" CAR MASCOT/HOOD ORNAMENT

THIS LITTLE FELLA WAS SOLD TO ME AS A CAR MASCOT AND NOT KNOWING MUCH ABOUT THE SUBJECT, I DID SOME RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND A SITE DISCUSSING THE OLD CAR MASCOTS AND ALSO FOUND A FEW OF THESE MONKEY POLICEMEN/TRAFFIC COPS ADVERTISED, ONE MOUNTED ON AN OLD MORRIS RADIATOR CAP.
