Vintage Brass Quad-Bulb Desk Lamp
This is a truly magnificent piece. It's unlikely that the shades are original to the piece, but they are of a period, and display beautifully. The tall, central bulb operates independently of the other three (there are two switches), and so the lamp has three settings at it were (one bulb, three bulbs or four bulbs on). The brass itself is wonderfully patinated to show it's age, and all bulb holders and the like are original, although the piece has been fully rewired and is fully functional. Standing 54cm tall and with a base having a diameter of 19cm, this is a statement piece. A truly lovely thing!
