THIS SCALE IS FOR COLLECTION IN THE WESTERN CAPE ONLY DUE TO ITS SIZE AND WEIGHT
The pillar of the scale is anchored in a wooden base. The scale collapses into two pans, 1 chain for the left pan, two fittings to support the right pan, the cross beam and the fitting to attach the cross beam to the pillar.
The manufacturing stamp and the other stamps on the brass are clearly visible. (See photographs)
The weight holder is stamped with the words Victor and England and there are 6 weights starting at 1 lb with the smallest weight being ¼ oz
