This is a  VINTAGE  ashtray consisting of a little boy in bronze dressed as a blacksmith.  One arm holds a large ladle which when pressed down his other arm will lift  the lid of a  large copper vat (for the matches).  To the left of the little boy is the match striker.  The lid needs some attention to fit perfectly.  Figurine, and match striker are attached with screws to a wooden base.  Lovely features on the young lad  who has his sleeves rolled up and he is wearing gum boots, an apron and beret.   Measures 15cm from base to beret.   A lovely unusual little item!!      Postage will be R30
