This is a stunning post-war Boy Scout dagger made by C. Jul Herbertz of Solingen. The dagger blade has scratch marks on it where the previous owner has tried to sharpen the blade other then that the dagger is in a good condition. The leather scabbard comes with a brass tip and on the front side very lightly is some unidentifiable indentation could be a name of someone, the press stud is in a working condition. On the dagger handle some of the chrome is starting to chip due to the press stud chafing against it. Please note that this is the rarer dagger, as opposed to the more common knife shape. These daggers were manufactured after World War 2 to the same specs as the German Army knives during the war.
The dagger on its own measures 260mm in length.
