Vintage Carlton Ware FOXGLOVE CREAMER with SAUCER

You are bidding on a stunning  FOXGLOVE CREAMER and SAUCER by Carlton Ware circa 1938, made in England, registered Australian design.

The Creamer has the ever popular vibrant detail of embossed foxgloves and leaf detail with a brown branch-like handle. The saucer is a uniform yellow colour with embossed leaves.

SIZE: Measurements are approx. The creamer on the saucer stands 7 cm H & measures 7 cm from rim to rim, rim to spout 8,5cm.

CONDITION:In an EXCELLENT vintage condition. NO chips or cracks present. The inside of the creamer has fine over-all crazing and it has a few stray under glaze marks. Creamers detail bright and intact.

BACKSTAMP: Has the black scripted Carlton Ware back-stamp on the saucer & is impressed with shape number 1891.
