THE MAIN JEWISH PASSOVER CEREMONY IS THE SEDER A FESTIVE MEAL ON THE FIRST ONE OR TWO NIGHTS OF THE HOLIDAY THAT RETELLS THE STORY OF THE EXODUS FROM EGYPT. Bottom Left Hebrew symbols on 2nd photo is Karpas which is a vegetable like parsley that is dipped in saltwater near the beginning of the Passover Seder. It represents growth and fertility of the Jewishpeople in Egypt. Bottom Right Hebrew symbols on 2nd photo is Charoset which is apple, wine and nut mixture. It represents the mortar used by the Jewish slaves to build the storehouses of Egypt and symbolizes the toil and labor of the Jewish people in Egypt.
