Vintage children's learning Singer Golden Panoramic 67B battery operated sewing machine

Vintage childrens learning Singer Golden Panoramic 67B battery operated sewing machine. This French made machine would have been manufactured in the 1960s. It is battery operated, and is equipped with a tab to fix it to the edge of the table. It is started with a switch and it can also operate with a wheel on the front. The machine is in fair condition, but unfortunately does not work on battery - the wheel operates it, but I think it should have a handle there for easy use. Lovely 1960s children's learning aid.
