 Vintage Chiltern doll made in Britain 1965

This cute vintage doll with grey sleeping eyes, strawberry blond hair and a life-like asymmetrical smile  was made in 1965 by Chiltern. Made of good quality heavy vinyl, this 24 cm baby has curved arms and legs. Womans Weekly magazine featured a selection of knitted outfits that year that could be made for this doll..this little doll was found wearing a knitted 'crawler' with a matching bolero that was probably from those patterns. Marked J D.
