An older and really lovely christening gown with inserts of lace and embroidered material down the front.  Several stains round the waist area on the gown and chest area.  It can do with a gentle wash to freshen it up.   If you have the secret to freshening up this gown you are going to be rewarded with a beautiful and old heirloom.   The back is done up with drawstrings at the neck and waist.  One little tear on the front hem.    There are a couple of stains  on the gown as well.   The hanger is beautifully made with pale pink and beige ribbon roses with tatting or crochet work, an work of art in itself.
