Vintage cloth W (Whiskey) nautical flag. These signal flags are used to communicate messages, at times because radio silence is required. The Whiskey flag is either used to signify the letter W in conjunction with other flags, or "I require medical assistance" when used alone. This cloth flag is 47cm x 33cm, and dates back to February 1974. The flag is in fair condition for its age. A bargain for the collector. Note: I have other nautical flags advertised, and will ship any additional flags after the first purchase for free!!!
