BUYING: Please do not bid or place an order if you cannot/do not want to pay since this wastes our time, money &effort & affects buyers who really want to buy. PACKAGING & SHIPPING: Check shipping tab - we use Courierguy & no other options allowed. If you need another means, please lodge a query & we will try to help and quote. We will do combined shipping however, the cost for combined shipping is strictly for the same, similar or smaller size/type of items. If a larger item is to be combined, the greater shipping cost will automatically apply. The courier service does not deliver to townships, farms &plots therefore, confirm an alternate arrangement prior to bidding/purchasing. You may send your own courier to collect however, a minimum packaging fee of R30 shall apply. No private collections are allowed.
Our shipping charge includes a fee for all consumables& related costs. We package carefully using paper, bubble wrap, plastic and/or cardboard boxes but cannot accept liability for damage, breakage or loss during shipping since it is beyond our control. You may add 3% of order value for insurance. We will send you a tracking number &delivery is usually within 3 days of shipment.
PAYMENT: Payment goes directly to Bidorbuy. If you do not pay in full, the order will not be shipped. Please pay within three days for quick packaging and shipment but not later than seven days after purchase. Add 3% of order value for insurance, should you wish. An SNC (Sale Not Complete) will be filed if you do not pay.
