Interesting vintage drop 'n dangle earrings crafted out of solid sterling silver and polished jeweller brass, with black pearl spacers. The earrings are hallmarked "RLM Studio", the signature of American modernist artist Robert Lee Morris, known for iconic statement pieces often featuring sterling silver, brass, bronze, leather, and organic shapes like swirls, disks, and bold, nature-inspired jewellery. The earrings measure a showy 6,5 cm (65 mm) in length and are 2,5 cm (25 mm) wide. They are hook earrings. The sterling silver is highly polished, hand-worked, and barely a buff mark to speak of its vintage. By contrast, the jeweller brass of the top segment has been left more natural. The two segments of each earring are separate by a 6 mm black pearl. Together the earrings weigh 12 grams. They are hallmarked 925 for sterling silver as well as the RLM Studio hallmark.
