Here we have an old Precision Stylus Balance manufactured by  AR Sudgen & Co Engineers - Yorkshire England

This is a vintage piece in original cardboard box. It appears to be complete but I honestly don't know enough about it to be 100%. See picture.

New Old Stock. 

Providence - Inherited from a relative whose hobby was working on and restoring old amps and turntables.
