 This is a vintage Craftsman Pewter Ink well. It has the original blue glass ink holder inside. The piece is marked on the bottom Craftsman Pewter Sheffield, made in England.

Craftsman was a trademark of Viners, a Sheffield firm who manufactured cutlery and pewter. The mark on this piece was used in the late 1920's thru the 1930's ( c.1926-1939).

The blue glass is not craced old glass had a lot of imperfections this is just an example of one.

The dimensions are 5cm wide and 3.5 cm long

Its in a great condition.
