hand-painted cobalt blue traditional Dutch windmill scene, floral and foliate motifs.
MARKS:
Crown, PJ or JP monogram, Delft, Handpainted and Holland.
CONDITION:
No chips or crazing, with hairline crack (see close-up images).
DIMENSIONS:
