The saw itself is in a very good condition. The dark areas may have some rust, but I can remove spots with nothing but my nails.
I believe that it has a layer of shellac, as much of our restoration work, dealt with shellacked timber.
This saw was manufactured in Disston's Canadian factory. The disc on the side has this statement.
The wooden handle has no cracks.
Weight 827 grams. Please add R 60-00 for P&P. Personal collection can be arranged.
