Vintage Dutch Oil on Canvas by artist C Winer - Highly Sought after by Collectors!

This painting is simply beautiful! It is painted on canvas and with frame measures 77.5x58cm, the painting only measures 66x45cm. The painting has CONSIDERABLE age and anybody who has done their homework will know that these paintings are highly collectible and very much sought after by art collectors. It is in remarkably good condition for it's age, no tears or holes in the canvas, it has some dust/dirt that has settled on it over the years which is noticeable in the sky area, it would benefit from a professional clean. I notice some photos have a "yellow" tinge, the color of the painting is similar to the first photo below.
