Some signs of use on the blade but in excellent condition generally. Tools work very well, good snap. A finely crafted item.
Charles Louis Eloi Pernet (??? - 1963) was a French cutler who rose to prominence in early 20th century.
Eloi became an apprentice in cutlery in 1901, and in 1920 established his own factory, called Eloi Pernet, in the Nogent-en-Bassigny region of France.
