Antique! Japanese - Blue and White - Horses - Set of 4 Saucers

Set of 4 Japanese? porcelain saucers featuring a blue and white design that includes stylized representations of horses. This type of porcelain, characterized by its blue and white underglaze decoration, is typically identified as Japanese porcelain. The mark behind indicates the piece was produced in Japan by the Kumagai Kiln, known for its distinctive Kutani style porcelain. Date holds true still, probably Rare, Prewar 1910-20's in period. MATERIAL : Porcelain
HALLMARKS / SIGNATURES  : "Japanese symbols" Kumagaya Sei: - using the central character in the circle it can also be read (Ku tani sei), possibly a deliberate double meaning.  'Great Japan' above.  Mark from inter-war period white porcelain cups and saucers with embossed gilt rims.
SIZE  :  13cm diameter x 1.7cm height.
