A combination of classic elegance and organic design and presentation, this vintage 9ct yellow gold heralds from Birmingham, the Jewellery Quarter of England's midlands. Weighing a solid 3,7 grams, it is set with 1 different natural sapphire gemstones, including deep royal blue, different shades of pink, green and yellow. The stones are a variety of cuts including marquis, pear, oval round and square cut and together they total 2,58 carats. Clarity Vs - Si. There are also 2 x brilliant cut diamonds. Unusual in its relaxed style setting, classic in its use of natural sapphires in a deep claw-set (4mm high) presentation. The ring bears the hallmarks for English gold, 375 for 9 carat, the Birmingham assay and the date for 2006. The colours are particularly lovely! I have had the ring authenticated by an independent jeweller. Her insurance evaluation certificate of R40'000 will accompany the ring. I will despatch the ring in a quality ring box!
