VINTAGE ENGLISH 9CT YELLOW GOLD RING FEATURING A
0,58 ct ROUND CUT SWISS BLUE TOPAZ. 375

This is such a pretty vintage ring. I found this pretty piece at my favourite vintage dealer in Birmingham. The ring is crafted in 9ct yellow gold, featuring a 0,58ct round cut, Swiss Blue topaz on raised on elongated claws a magnificent 7mm above the finger. The topaz has many inclusions, and setting maximises the real earth-mined colour of the gemstone and giving it a beautiful natual appeal. The topaz is flanked by 2 x white stones (they are not diamonds) that are round cut and claw set. The ring head measures 6mm long x 11mm wide and sits on s simple, slender shank. The piece weighs a good 2,55 grams. The hallmarks are worn away, only one , reading "3M" is visible. Pretty, and delicately feminine in appeal but simple and clean cut in design.
