Vintage English Royal Standard "Old Fashioned" Pattern Cake Plate from Blisful

A lovely vintage English Royal Standard "Old Fashioned" pattern Cake Plate. This cake plate is decorated with an imari style boarder pattern in cobalt blue with hand painted gold scrolls on the ears and gold leaf design in the panels. Rust and yellow flowers with bright green foliage. Gold gilding around the rim. the gold pattern catches the light beautifully. Royal Standard is made in England by Chapmans Longton Ltd. Albert Works, Longton, Staffordshire Potteries. In good condition, size 22 cm x 20.5 cm.
