The hammer is well used as can be seen in the images

I can't see a weight marking on the hammer or the normal markings you'd see on a estwing.

This particular hammer might be very old, as it doesn't have the patent markings on it either.

I have looked all over the hammer and there are no other markings on it other than on the base and the head as shown in the images

The handle leather as you can see is not in good shape as shown in the images
