VINTAGE SOLID ETCHED DESIGN STERLING SILVER
HINGE CLOSE BRACELET WITH SAFETY CHAIN. 925
This vintage piece features interesting organic designs etched into a 3mm wide sterling silver bracelet which has a hinge close with a slender open link safety chain. The inside diameter of the bangle when closed is 6mm. It is a vintage piece that I got from a vintage jeweller in London. However, the only hallmark is 925 for sterling silver. The design of the piece as well as the etchings look to me like a classic English vintage piece. The clasp of the bracelet works very well with a nice reassuringly snap to its closure. The piece generally is in good condition but it does have some buff marks indicative of its age. It weighs 6,39 grams and at 3mm did is not a huge piece of jewellery and I suspect it is a hollow silver structure. There is a useful sterling silver safety chain over the closure. The bracelet is flat on the inside of the wrist and rounded on the exterior. A timeless collectable vintage piece.
