Terms and Conditions of Sale
By purchasing a cell number from Superb Numbers via Up My Mobi, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. The number sold to the buyer is on a South African SIM card and ownership is transferred to the buyer upon purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to maintain ownership of the number by following the guidelines outlined below.
2. The buyer must ensure that the number is used regularly. If the number is not used for any reason, the buyer must follow these guidelines:
Load airtime of at least R5.
Make at least five billable calls to different numbers each month. Each call must be answered and last for at least 32 seconds (WhatsApp calls do not count) to avoid the number being locked or barred.
Failure to make a call within 50 days may result in the buyer permanently losing the number.
3. If the number goes off the network, it no longer belongs to the buyer. However, if the buyer requests that Superb Numbers retrieve the number (no guarantees), a reactivation fee will have to be paid.
4. Superb Numbers is not responsible for any fraudulent SIM swap attempts, and ownership and upkeep of the number is the buyer's responsibility. If the buyer receives an SMS stating that a SIM swap has been initiated on their line or that their number is ready for port activation, they should call 135 immediately and inform them that they did not request these actions.
5. The buyer declares that the number is received, tested, and working. There are no refunds, exchanges, or trade-ins available.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the buyer acknowledges that they understand and will adhere to these guidelines for maintaining ownership of their new cell number.
