We cannot be held responsible for items being damaged while in transit with SAPO or the courier we use. Some items will have insurance on them and we can assist with recovering the cost of the item if severe damage has occurred. Photographic proof of the damaged item will need to be emailed to us for this to be carried out.

The courier only delivers to major city centres or areas very near. If the courier will not deliver to your area, the SAPO option will be used.
