HISTORY AND DESIGN The Mouli-Grater was invented by Jean Mantelet in the 1930s (who later founded the famous company Moulinex). This particular model carries a US PATENT mark, indicating it was part of the high-quality export line produced for the international market. The design features a rotating drum with sharp perforations, operated by a hand crank, which allows for safe and efficient grating without the risk of nicking one's fingers.

MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION

Material: Tinned Steel.
Mechanism: The grater is made of durable steel with a "tinned" finish to prevent corrosion. It features a collapsible handle and a removable drum, making it easy to clean and store.
