This is a vintage Fuji-L Blade shavette style razor from Japan. This razor was made in the late 70' / early 80's. It is a disposable blade barber style razor. This is a high quality razor. The metal work is all stainless steel, and the handle (scales) are heavy duty plastic. This razor has a unqiue blade locking system using a small blade holder that slots directly into the shavette. Blade changes are quick and easy.
This is a push - to -open style shavette. Simply slide out teh blade holder using you thumb, and the replace the blade in the blade holder, and tehn slide it back in.
The razor uses normal double edge razor blades which are snapped in half. It is extremely difficult nowadays to find decent quality shavettes, and this old Fuji is a very good shaver.
The razor has been cleaned, and buffed. It is ready to shave - just slot in a blade :)
