GORGEOUS GARNET AND DIAMOND RING IN 14CT
YELLOW GOLD. *JEWELLER CERTIFIED R 9'475*

This beautiful vintage ring features a pear-cut (0,11 carat) solitaire garnet claw set in 14 carat yellow gold and cupped above and below by 0,56ct of round-cut white diamonds - 14 diamonds in total - that stretch from both shoulders to surround the ring head. The colour combination in this ring is particularly striking - the garnet is a particularly deep dark ruby-like red, the diamonds very white, and the 14ct gold a strong yellow. I acquired this piece from a vintage and antique jeweller in Birmingham, the jewellery quarter of England. Very royal in both colour and design, this piece has elegance and breeding. The shank shows some wear and tear, particularly on the inside of the shank. The diamonds are in excellent condition. There are signs of ageing on the garnet. The jeweller's signature and the 14ct gold mark appears. I have had the ring jeweller tested and authenticated; his evaluation certificate for R9'475 will accompany the ring.
