Vintage GENT of Leicester Pul-syn-etic Electric Clock in Beech Wood Casing
This clock has quite a complicated movement system and for non experts on these type of clocks it would be of interest to "google" some background and also the technical side. It is apparently a railway wall mounting clock. There is a hefty solid metal hook on the back of the casing. It does however stand upright on a floor as well but whether this will interfere with the clocks movements I can not say
The casing appears to be Beech or Yellow Wood
Not working but I have to add that it was never connected to any electrical socket by us and appears to have all the right components in place. Might require the expertise of a watchmaker or clock repairer to get it going again - instructions of fault finding and testing are quite tricky
COLLECTION ONLY PRIMROSE ON THE EAST RAND
Upright Size 129cm
Width 29cm
Breadth 18cm
Only visible damage is two small light scratches on the clock face
