Up for sale is a beautifully crafted, heavy-weight antique/vintage silver-plated covered entree serving dish.

This classic formal buffet server features elegant Georgian-style tiered scalloped molding, stylized acanthus-leaf details on the side handles, and ornate cast protective feet.

**Fascinating South African Corporate Provenance:**

The interior base features crisp, shallow historic engravings that tell a wonderful 25-year story:

1. "Mr. & Mrs. Scrimgeour, 27-10-1951" (Original wedding presentation)

2. "Alderson & Flitton (Tzaneen) Staff, 10-1976" (Presented by the staff of the prominent historic South African motor dealership in Limpopo exactly 25 years later, likely for a silver wedding anniversary or retirement milestone).

**Condition Report:**

Secondhand. Structurally in excellent condition with no deep dents. Shows expected minor surface micro-scratches from historic polishing, giving it a beautiful, authentic vintage character.

Perfect for high-end Sunday roasts, formal dinner entertaining, or as a classic display piece for silverware collectors.
