Sieger 600 Leather Corkscrew - Retro Black Leather Covered German Designer Corkscrew - Vintage Mechanical Corkscrew. It was made by August Reutershan Company in Solingen, West Germany, and designed by Gunther Pracht (patent of 13/02/1976). 
The Stitched leather covered handle is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand. Turning the handle inserts the gold colored screw into the cork and grips the top of the wine bottle. Continuing to turn in the same clockwise direction pulls out the cork. An ingenious design that works perfectly and effortlessly.
