Vintage Gloucester Railway Carriage & Wagon Company Ld wagon builders plate. I would date this old wagon plate to the 1950s. It is oval and manufactured from brass. It has  "Gloucester Railway Carriage & Wagon Company, Builders, Gloucester, England" on it. The plate measures 21.5cm x 15.5cm, and is in good condition. Great buy for the collector.
