A beautiful Vintage Goebel Hummel Hear Ye, Hear Ye 15/2/0 Town Crier. Features a child blowing a horn and carrying a staff in the other hand with a lit lantern. Wrapped up warmly, wearing red mittens, a scarf, a hat and a blue overcoat with a watch in one of the pockets.
