Vintage gold tone Rococo style pill box with Fragonard Courting Couple Decoration
Lovely little pillbox made in Italy in the Rococo style. It is made with a scroll stamped gilt metal and on the hinged lid a painting by Fragonard of a courting couple transferred onto ceramic.
This pretty little pill box is in a used but good condition with no damage to report. It does have some wear to the gilt finish consistent with age and use. It measures approximately 5 cm X 3.7 cm X 2 cm.
