Vintage Golden Mohair Ark bear 44 cm bear 2 of 2

Vintage collectable mohair Ark Teddy Bear no 2 of 2.

This lovely golden mohair bear is in a very good clean condition for its age.The two bears must have belonged to two girls in the same family because they are in such a good condition. Bear no 2 is slightly less faded than the other one. Both are more faded in front than at the back.They are still wearing the original blue ribbons that they came with. Now faded.The bears are probably made after World War II because the arms and legs are shorter to save fabric. the heads are hard, stuffed with woodwool. the growlers in the back are not working. they have brown glass eyes and the noses look original. they have not been 'restored '. They are 44 cm tall.Very collectable in their original condition. made in South Africa by Ark.
