Vintage Grindley - Large serving dish

VINTAGE GRINDLEY, ENGLAND, LARGE SERVING DISH - 25cm x 7cm deep

Beautiful pattern - ornate edge with yellow rim, 50's and hand painted, I think

Castle and ballroom scene - My extensive search turned up nothing regarding what this pattern is called, must be rare, lol. See also rectangle platter in same pattern.

Condition: Excellent. Minor wear to pattern on hard edges (but you have to look hard). I small area on top which did not take all of the glaze. It's almost as if someone picked it up while the glaze was wet and left a thumb print, also hard to see. This one I have had for approx 28 - 30 years.

Postage on this item R65-00 - A lot of wrapping and time is required to ensure this will travel safely. If you are combining other breakables, PLEASE PLEASE ensure you fill in the correct amount of postage when completing the order. Insurance will be 3% with a minimum of R3-00 if desired. If combining, highest first will apply. If combining items NOT on special auctions, that items postage MAY still apply. NB: You May collect this if you prefer, from Fairland Jhb, and because some petty person reported my collection fee and because apparently it's not allowed, who knew?, yet a million people do it, I will now be charging a storage fee from day 1. R25-00 on day 1 and R5-00 per day per item from day 8 if not collected in a week.
