Vintage `H Stern` 18ct Gold Multi Gemstone `SPUTNIK` Ring - ( 4g)

This listing is for a vintage 1960s H Stern 18ct gold multi gemstone ring in very good condition. Please note the clear white stone is a replacement as the original one fell out at some stage and was replaced with this one. The ring has the clear Stern stamped on the inside and 18ct gold. The inner diameter is approx 16mm so will fit a small finger nevertheless it can be resized if need be, it weighs approx 4g. Please NOTE I included two pictures that I found on the net of the identical ring and what the asking price is as well as the same stamps on the inside.
